Description: Version 06 of the mesh-AP is a bootable CD which is designed for either SBC systems like the "seahorse" and "starfish" but will work in many laptops and desktop systems. Simply boot the CD and place a wi-fi card in the machine. Tune to Ad-hoc mode - channel 6 - Driver support for more ethernet cards and multiple wi-fi cards including lucent, orinoco, buffalo, all prism2 PCMCIA, PLX, PCI and USB! The system contains multiple protocols, assigning dhcp addresses to standard wifi clients at each "cell" cells communicate via mesh routing and form a robust self organising, compressed and encrypted network. See the documentation section for more information. This is a testing release, not suitable for production use, feedback is welcomed and development is ongoing. Requires 64mb of ram, zero harddisk space required.
If this version doesn't work for you, try the low-memory special version. (Verson 6 generally contains many driver updates and other fixes over version 05d)

Mini-itx / low-memory version of MeshAP-06
Description: This is a custom release of MeshAP-06 and is in the format for low memory (eg only 32mb required now) and will also boot on weird motherboards such as the mini-itx which appears not to work with isolinux. Extra drivers are installed including USB prism2. Try this version if the main one doesn't work for you. It runs partially from the cd-rom, so that cannot be removed with this release. Future versions should unify these releases.

Description: This single floppy disk image (Bzip2 compressed) will fire up the 8139too ethernet driver at address 192.100.100.151 and then attempt to pull a file from a webserver on 192.100.100.55/hdax.img directly to /dev/hda - This is used to load flash images on to IDE presentation flash disks when there is only one IDE channel, but where you have a floppy disk. Recommend using a cross over cable for loading.
